Check out the 3 Amazing Conversions in Philippi in Acts 16:11-34.
  1. A business woman seeking God in a prayer meeting (Lydia) comes to faith in Christ and is baptized (Acts 16:11-15).  What preparation do you need to be ready to share Christ with those you come across in your travels of life? 
  2. A slave girl demon-possessed telling fortunes for her masters.  (Acts 16-21).  Ever been confronted with evil and spoken boldly, confidently, and helpfully to assist a person see the glory of Christ and have a breakthrough in life with the gospel?  Pray for discernment to recognize sin’s sleazy
   3. A prison guard who hears Paul & Silas singing in his prison and becomes suicidal during an earthquake. Comes to faith in Christ – takes Paul & Silas home – his entire household is baptized!  (Acts 16:24-34)
What family, neighbor, co-worker, or group of friends are awaiting you to become faithfully courageous?  Is your singing an avenue for gospel opportunities. Do you think you could sing praises courageously to the Lord if you were imprisoned and in chains?  How do you think you would do under persecution for your relationship with Jesus?
What thoughts and emotions come to mind if you were pulled away from family and friends and it was just Jesus and you?
