II.  Made for Relationships

B. We desire control. Matthew 22:35
III. Made to Worship
A. We’re created for communion. Deuteronomy 6:5; Matthew 22:37; Romans 3:28; 2 Corinthians 3:17-18
B. If God is first, the rest follows. Matthew 22:38; John 8:32-33, 6
VI. Made to Love   
A. Desire other’s best. Matthew 22:39

V. The Messiah Has Come

Big Idea: The end is only the beginning.
II. The Throne 
A. Heaven will center on God’s throne. Genesis 2:10; Ezekiel 47:1-12; Zechariah 14:6; Revelation 22:1-2
B. Our identification with God will mean perfect vision. Exodus 33:20; Isaiah 6:5; Zechariah 14:11; Revelation 22:3-5
III. Worship God! 
A. God inspires trust. Revelation 1:3; 2:16; 3:11; 22:6-7
B. Seek first God’s kingdom. Matthew 6:33; John 20: 26-29; Revelation 22:8-9
IV. Come!   
A. These future events warn us now. Daniel 12:4-9; Revelation 22:10-13
B. Only the thirst can drink. Numbers 24:17; Isaiah 11:1, 10; Revelation 5:5; 22:14-17
V. Amen     
A. Receive what’s revealed. Deuteronomy 4:2; 12:32; John 4:13-14; Revelation 22:18-19
B. God will be with us soon. Revelation 22:20-21

​The New Jerusalem (Revelation 21:1-27)

Big Idea: Someday a new morning will dawn.  Romans 2:4; Revelation 1:3
II. God’s Dwelling Place 
A. Heaven will be refined and renewed. Ephesians 2:1; Revelation 21:1-2
B. Heaven will be physically, emotionally, and spiritually perfect. Job 19:26-27; 2 Corinthians 1:22 Revelation 21:3-4
III. Everything New   
A. We will not thirst as we do now. Revelation 1:8, 21:5-7
B. Our place before Christ changes us. 1 Corinthians 6:11; Revelation 21:8
IV. Wife of the Lamb   
A. Heaven is the perfect gathering place for God’s people. Revelation 21:9-14
B. God’s city is a perfect sanctuary. Ezekiel 38:11-12; Revelation 21:15-21
V. The Glory of God
A. God is our temple.  John 4:1-26; Revelation 21:22-23
B. God turns rebels into good citizens. Numbers 14:18; Revelation 21:24-27
